Francisco practices all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, patentability analysis, invalidity analysis, and freedom-to-operate analysis. He has experience representing clients in broad range of industries including chemical, biotechnology, and mechanical.
As a member of the firm’s chemical group, Francisco specializes in the fields of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals, energy storage devices, process systems, inorganic materials, and semiconductors.
Francisco joined Klarquist as a summer associate in 2021 before becoming an associate in 2022.
